My Story

After years in leadership roles, I saw the extraordinary potential of people and the painful limits of outdated leadership models. They valued outcomes over people, confidence over vulnerability, and rigid structures over connection. I knew something better was possible.

I founded Wryver to help create workplaces where people can show up authentically, lead with humanity, and deliver remarkable results without sacrificing wellbeing.
