My Story
After years in corporate leadership roles where I witnessed both the extraordinary potential and painful limitations of traditional leadership approaches, I founded Wryver with a clear purpose: to help create workplaces where people can show up authentically, lead with humanity, and achieve remarkable results without sacrificing wellbeing.
My journey began when I recognized that the leadership models I had been taught were incomplete. They valued outcomes over people, confidence over vulnerability, and rigid structures over human connection. This realization, coupled with my own experiences navigating leadership challenges, sparked the creation of Wryver.
I believe that leadership must evolve to embrace kindness alongside accountability, vulnerability alongside strength, and humanity alongside performance.
