Discovery
A tech company asked Wryver to assess why their product teams kept missing delivery dates. Sprints were overloaded, deadlines slipped, and morale was low. In a few weeks, we uncovered that the issue wasn't effort but structure — too much work planned, unclear ownership, and tools that didn't fit how the team actually worked. Design
